Salvatore Porcaro is one of "Fellini's creatures" who played less-important characters, several years from his Fellini movie, Amarcord (1973). His best know role is probably the one in Verdone's comedy 7 chili in 7 giorni (1986) as a fat patient.

He's easily recognizable because he's very fluffy and for his strong napolitan accent.
