Having discovered herself somewhere along the 1967 pageant trail, former Miss Racine Pam Rice has continued forging steadily onward and upward in the world of show business...The Italian film she did is "The Big Racket" with Fabio Testi and Vincent Gardenia. It is a blood and guts drama, Pam says, in which she plays one of three hostages taken at the bank by the robbers — and the last released.

Similarly, another American actress, one Leslie Mohn Busa was also evidently in there somewhere:

Besides her dubbing, she has had small roles in Fellini's "Casanova," Claude Lelouch's "Three Nights of Fear" with Jean-Louis Trintignant and an Italian film called "The Big Racket."

It's definitely her. Thank you. Exceptional find. She is also credited in the film "Chesty Anderson U.S. Navy" (1976) as a party's guest in the end credits but I have not yet found a complete copy in order to check if she really appears.
