The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus (1968) as
Strongman. This was an all-star concert in front of a small invited audience in a circus tent, originally intended as a TV special, but it remained unseen until released on video in 1996 (so maybe that should be the year?). Milton pops up as a strongman seated beside Bill Wyman

Dev. Here he unexpectedly turns up in Turkey, uncredited as a genie opposite Turkish action star Cüneyt Arkin
Despite being uncredited he nevertheless features much more prominently than the film's stars in the Lebanese poster. I won this poster in the auction!
