Yeah, it's Giovanna Sanfilippo without a doubt!

I don't know about the first black girl in La dolce vita, because you never see her very well, but the one with blonde short hair is definitely Janine! I don't know about Gloria. In spite being sisters, I don't think they look very much alike, and that black girl in the background in the first pics doesn't really scream Gloria at me.

In the topic called "Generici in La Dolce Vita", I published a cast list (in order of appearance) from a Fellini book: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=403&p=7611&hilit=f ... book#p7611

It doesn't mention Janine or Gloria, but the cast list on the BFI website, lists some further actors who are not included in that cast list in the Fellini book: https://www.bfi.org.uk/films-tv-people/4ce2b6a90d39d
Among these are Gloria Hendy, Noel Sheldon, April Hennessy and Angela Wilson as persons at Via Veneto. No mention of Janine, but it's entirely possible that a mistake was made and that Gloria was listed instead of Janine. I don't know...
