Re: Romano Milani
A nice role in the fotoromanzo "Prima che sorga la luna" - published in Grand Hotel N. 1060 (15 October 1966):
It's a relatively big supporting role so he should have been credited but unfortunately none of the actors in this fotoromanzo are credited!
Another uncredited role in "Umile amore", a fotoromanzo-a-puntate published in the magazine Luna Park in 1963

Re: Romano Milani
THE IDENTIFICATION:
T.R.S.: Ghibarian and I too are almost sure, that he is credited in Quelli che contano. So he must be Bruno Salvi, Enrico Miotti, Romano Milani or Remo Pizzaroni, maybe Mauro Righi! Now i found Le mille e una notte... e un'altra ancora (1972) in the Dizionario del cinema italiano, where Enrico Miotti is credited as actor AND as segretario di produzione and Bruno Salvi too. Unfortunately Bruno Salvi is credited as actor in ...e lo chiamarono Spirito Santo, where i can not found him on my old images which i made a few years ago, as i saw this film! This is interesting for me, because in this film are more actors from Quelli che contano: Carla Mancini (maybe), Enrico Marciani, Pier Maria Rossi, Enrico Miotti and Dada Gallotti and as segretario di produzione: Bruno Salvi and Enrico Miotti. Direttore di Produzione Sergio Simonetti (in both film), Scenografo Giovanni Fratalocchi (in both film). The next interesting film is Il segugio (1961) wher are credited: Romano Milani and Nello Appodia and Amerigo Santarelli (in the Dizionario del cinema italiano).
Ghibarian: In order to check about Romano Milani, I've just noticed that according to some books Milani should appear also in È più facile che un cammello... (1950), Una breve stagione (1969), Un amore targato Forlì (1976) and Apocalisse di un terremoto (1982). I found a French version of È più facile che un cammello... ('Pour l'amour du ciel'). I've quickly checked the movie and I think I found him! He has a very small talking role: he's a doctor or a nurse, here the pics:
T.R.S.: I watched "Le mille e una notte... e un'altra ancora" and there is credited Bruno Salvi and Enrico Miotti, but our man is not in this film, so we hope, that Romano Milani is this actor!
Johan Melle: I have now received the Grand Hotel magazine from 1969. It contains the fotoromanzo "Mani rapaci" where Romano Milani is credited:
He plays a character named Alfredo. And is the actor who plays Alfredo the same as our generico with thick eyebrows?
YES, HE IS!
So now it is certain: our generico is Romano Milani! Identified at last!
