Giancarlo Ukmar is one of six brothers, with Bruno, Franco, Sergio, Giovanni and Clemente, who all worked in Italian cinema as stuntmen and stunt coordinators.
He is arguably the least known of the brothers, with his only known on-screen credit being a master of arms credit in Totò contro il pirata nero (1964).
Physically, he most strongly resembles his brother Franco, with the result that several of Giancarlo's appearances have erroneously been attributed to Franco on websites such as IMDb and Wikipedia.
