This looks a lot like Donadeo in the first shot, but is more clearly Arena in the others. It is definitely the same actor in all the shots, since he crosses the screen then turns around. I think it must be a combination of the lighting and movement that makes him appear so Donadeo-esque.

Tre nel Mille (1971) as Knight. This theatrical feature was later shown in a greatly expanded mini series for television in 1973 under the new title Storie dell'anno Mille. Fortunato appears in episode 2 of the mini series version. I don't know if his role is also included in the much shorter theatrical cut.
