There was some uncertainty about whether or not Enzo Doria appears in Solimano il conquistatore (1961), but I'm thinking he might be this guy. Any thoughts on that?

Yes, looks like it could be. I've never managed to find a decent looking copy of the film

Having watched it now I agree that it is him - some kind of glued-on bit of hair-thing covering his identifying dimple. I doubt they'd have flown him to Yugoslavia just for that fleeting role (man commenting on fireworks?), so I assume he was already in the country shooting something else, so they must have got him in for one day to fulfil their c.s.c. obligations.

That sounds like a definite possibility, yes.

Anyway, I note that it looks as if not the entire film was shot in Yugoslavia. The scene with Nando Tamberlani definitely looks to have been shot in a studio in Rome. In that sequence there's some sort of nobleman playing blind man's bluff, and I think he's Ugo Mari, though it's a little hard to tell since we don't see his face very well...

Oh yes for me he is him, especially from the last pic.

Thank you. Yes, I really think it should be him (the nose in the second pic looks just right too). This is part of the same sequence where Alberto Venturi appears, so it must have been shot in a studio in Rome, and it makes sense for him to show up then.

In the first image there is Clemente.

The other images are rather dark and soft and I can't really see anyone clearly enough to make an ID, image 2 looks like it may be an Ukmar but it is too dark to tell which one and it may be Giovanni behind Clemente in image 1 but again it is not clear enough to be certain. The main actors at the front of 3 & 4 are not Ukmars.
