I don't know Benedy, but I do have a much better copy of the film so if people think this is him I can get better images or if not I can take a look to see if I can find him

I had a look through the film and didn't see anyone who looks like Benedy from his topic. I don't think this can be him, in all the images of Benedy he has his hair parted on the left side and this actor has his parted on the right. His presence in a very small role would seem unlikely since the film was shot entirely in Spain.

Yes, unfortunately that's not Benedy.

The only one I thought looked at all likely is the one here in the centre in the top image, however Benedy had very thin lips while this actor has fuller lips so I don't think it can be him either

Yeah, that's not him either, so he presumably doesn't appear then.

Who is the actor here on the right, spotted in some old images I have from Finché dura la tempesta? I thought he looked familiar, but he doesn't seem to match with any of the credited actors or with any of the similar looking actors we have topics for, too young to be Rodolfo Lodi in 63, too early to be Zanussi

He immediately seems like Rodolfo Lodi to me. I get what you mean about him being too young, but maybe the softness of the print makes him look younger. If not, then I don't know who he could be...

Yes, Lodi was my first thought, but comparing that image to other images of Lodi from the same time he does seem to be too young, maybe if others also think it is Lodi then we can ID him as he's not an actor I'm too familiar with
