Re: Requests for Nick
Presumably so many were were made because they were cheap to produce and because they made money. People probably went to see them expecting exotic sex and other bizarre things promised by the titles and advertising and probably left disappointed.van den bremt rudy wrote: ↑07/01/2021, 10:27I have an interesting question i think, why where these Mondo movies made for and which people

Re: Requests for Nick
In this pic you posted from Black Jack there's Alba Maiolini (with pigtails) and on the far right I think we most probably have Iolanda Fortini

Re: Requests for Nick
I don't know any special ones for Italian movies, there are a few that specialise in cult movies such as Video Screams which are good for horror movies, sci-fi, exploitation and sometimes westerns and peplums, but they don't tend to have regular movies like dramas, comedies, etc. I only generally buy peplum movies on DVD or blu-ray nowadays and much less than I used to now that most things can be downloaded, but I'm more bothered about what the image quality is like than what language they are in where those are concerned. There is one called DVD lady from the US that seems to have a lot of rare Italian titles listed which I did buy a few titles from a few years ago, the quality wasn't great and they are quite expensive at $12 each, but at least you can get titles you can't find anywhere else so I'm thinking of maybe ordering a few more from there. These would be DVD-R bootlegs of course taken from TV broadcasts or out-of-print VHS, not official releasesvan den bremt rudy wrote: ↑13/01/2021, 23:04Nick, i have a question for you
