Re: Quick Identifications
I can't make up my mind if this could be Pino Mattei as the archer on the left in Il sepolcro dei re, any opinions?
There's also Bruno Arie, well hidden as the 3rd archer along (who, in the great tradition of Italian continuity, also appears as one of the rebels they're shooting at!)

I don't think it's him, but I'm not so familiar with Mattei.PeplumParadise wrote: ↑10/04/2021, 14:14I can't make up my mind if this could be Pino Mattei as the archer on the left in Il sepolcro dei re, any opinions?

Re: Quick Identifications
It seems more like Ottaviano to me. I would say not Arnaldo or Roberto anyway. And it seems we now have to take Franco into consideration too, at least for 80's roles.Johan Melle wrote: ↑10/04/2021, 20:21Which Dell'Acqua brother is this as a zombie in ...E tu vivrai nel terrore! Re: Quick Identifications
Are you absolutely sure? I do think it looks like him, but at the same time, something feels a little off. I'm not sure exactly what it is. Hmm... maybe it's that the blood smeared on him has pushed his hair back and given him a bigger forehead and that this makes him look more like his older brothers....?
Re: Quick Identifications
Yes, I know Ottaviano very well because when I was young I saw some of his films hundreds of times.Johan Melle wrote: ↑11/04/2021, 0:09Are you absolutely sure? Re: Quick Identifications
Working on Il trionfo di Ercole today and looking at the golden men once again. I'm thinking the one second from left in the top image could be Arnaldo Dell'Acqua. He's not one of the 7 principal golden men, seen in the image below, but there are definitely more than 7 actors playing them since Aldo Canti, on the right in the second image, is also seen as a soldier fighting them at one point.
Re: Quick Identifications
I don't think it's him. Arnaldo is skinny. I only recognize Torrisi, the first on the left in the second photo.

Re: Quick Identifications
You only see his head and shoulders so you can't tell if he's skinny or not. The ones we have identified so far from the second image are Torrisi and Roberto Messina on the left and Aldo Canti on the right, the 4 behind are still unknown, but the one I think is Arnaldo is not in the second image.
