I found on a Spanish website i think it's called Recursos or something like that, that Arnaldo could be playing in the movie

I'm quite sure this is Nestore Cavaricci in a 3-seconds-appearance in I senza Dio (1972) as a Party Guest (second from the right), but the old TV-copy makes it impossible to get a clear shot

Who is D'Ottavio (I thought you would have meant Severino D'Ottavi, but he is nowhere in these images) and what is the film?

I had a quick look through the movie and didn't see Arnaldo. There is Roberto, but that is already in his topic and if I'd found Arnaldo when I looked for Roberto I'm sure I would have posted the images at the same time.
