Assuming the ID is correct then this is his earliest role yet by 3 years. I must say I'm rather unsure about this one, it seems too old to be Chinny in 1959, so I am putting it as an uncertain identification, at least until some other earlier roles are found that can confirm the ID. Johan and Dan both think it's him.
