Yes, Mondino for sure. I'm not certain if the person in the bed is dying or already dead, so probably safer to call him Man at the death bed

and yes, I would say it's probably Colangelo, mostly hidden behind others and possibly asleep when he isn't!

I had another look, but that is really the only shot you can get when he is seen clearly. Other than that he is always partially hidden behind people and always has the same expression.

Maybe one possibility could be to use a collage of smaller face shots as the main image until a better one eventually turns up...?

Mario Pedone is in this one but role not given, seeing the bad copy i see he is threatening the main characters
