Great! Yes, that must be Gambini!carlos wrote: ↑23/05/2022, 19:39Well he sorta appears. Using the 'still' as reference you can see the back of his head and in this long shot he can be seen, not enough to identify him though. They didn't use the view that the 'still' shows. Sergio, does the HD copy show the long shot any clearer? It looks like we might have our Stern Looking Lady on the left.Johan Melle wrote: ↑23/05/2022, 19:19Yes, I agree. It must be from that scene. So the scene he appears in is in the film then, but no shots of Gambini were used for the final edit.Cinema Italiano wrote: ↑23/05/2022, 18:23
Many thanks. I think the scene really exists, with Milian and Cannavale bringing some fruit but during the movie is cut on the right.

I'm sure this happened often, and it's one of the reasons why complete filmographies for our generici are an impossibility!

Also, I see Lella and Carlo Cattaneo on the right in the first pic, and the woman behind them dressed in purple should be the so-called "Faux Teresa Rossi Passante" (I see she is shown more clearly in the pic in Franco Ricci's topic).
In the second pic we do indeed see the "Stern-Looking Woman" together with Lanfranco Spinola seated at the same table as the Cattaneos.
