Here we are

First Mico Cundari is a credit only he did not appear same as Andreina Ferrari who should play a reporter, but there is no trace of this charachter.

1 and 11 is Otto Ernst Strock

9 is the Registrar

Giuseppe Fazio is n10 the victim

Massimo Palmieri the coroner is n.12

Stefano Varriale is n.14

Ugo Benvenuti is n.15

Armando Pierini as the usher is n.29

In order to identify the last judge (who im sure i saw in other movies, and since all the other judges are generici he must be a generico too)

So n.28 must be one between Francesco Camerino or Franco Fiorini

While Francesco Camerino have no other titles, thankfully Franco Fiorini can be identify since he have other credits

Giochi per Claudio tv 1964

In the second episode of E.S.P. as policeman

Il commisario de Vincenzi episode Il candelabro a sette fiamme as Police Scientific technician

Taxi a due piazze 1986 as photographer

Who have quality copies of E.S.P. and Vincenzi can check, so we can see who plays the last judge ?

I think the other judge charachter again is a credit only, since i don't see any other judges.

I think i solved the mistery of the judge, infact it looks at the time in radiocorriere they made a mistake in writing one of the charachters
Francesco Camerino in the radio corriere is credited as judge, and Franco Fiorini too, i checked Il commisario di vincenzi where Franco Fiorini
is credited as professor of police scientific he can be seen at minute 28 in the link
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYxYyOdG3oU

But look i think N19 who plays a colleague of the victim is the same person.

Off course he is a little older in De Vincenzi but after all is 7 years after Il triangolo rosso episode (the De Vincenzi episode is 1974)

So in reality in the episode Franco Fiorini plays the colleague of the victim in pic 19 and not a judge like is written in the radiocorriere

And for this reason since there are no others judges, by exclusion the last speaking judge must be Francesco Camerino !

Again this is an episode with many generici credited, so we must take our eyes open since many of the speaking parts have only this role in their listing so is very possible they can be generici.

One of the most possible generici is Armando Perini playing the usher.

Pierini infact as an actor have only this sceneggiato, but he is credited as inspector of production in other movies, and we know that often generici were used as inspector of production:

He is credited as inspector/director of production also in Farfallon (1974)
Il sogno di Zorro (1975)

and other titles you can see on Imdb, we should check these movies to see if indeed he did appear in them as an actor too !

Since we have one mistake and other inconsistencies (you also have the role of Molteni, who is another judge but is not credited as such), there may also be others, so I think these actors need identifying before being dismissed or posted as identified.

There are still speaking roles that could be credited (so Cundari could be 20, or even 18), and there are journalists in the courtroom, so Ferrari could be one of those, even if not seen clearly. It's also possible roles could be named in the credits but are never called by name in the episode, as with Simeoni in episode 1.
