Ángela Pla in Perseo l'invincibile (1963)
Ángela Pla was an actress, mostly in small-parts, active in Spanish films at least from the late 1940's to the late 1960's.

No biographical details are currently known.

She only has 13 credits on IMDb, and does not seem to appear in 2 of those, leaving her with 11 credits spread out over a 20-year period. With such a small known filmography it would seem highly likely that there could be undocumented roles to be found.

Filmography

1953
  1. Vuelo 971 .... Etelvina de Campollano y de Bernáldez de Carvajal (credited)

    1954
  2. Alta costura .... (credited as "Angelita Pla", but not found)

    1955
  3. Para siempre .... Mariana (credited)

    1959
  4. Las de Caín .... Doña Elvira (credited)

    1961
  5. Ursus .... Governess of Attea's handmaidens (credited)

    1962
  6. Due contro tutti .... Mrs. Barnum (credited)
  7. I sette gladiatori .... Xeno's wife (credited)
  8. Teresa de Jesús .... (credited, but not found)

    1963
  9. Perseo l'invincibile .... Governess of Attea's handmaidens (credited)

    1964
  10. Ella y el miedo .... Águeda (credited)

    1967
  11. Las cicatrices .... Curo's mother (credited)

Titles to check
  • Luis Candelas, el ladrón de Madrid (1947) IMDb as Manuela

No Pla!
Titles where Angela is listed as appearing somewhere online, but cannot be found. There always has to be one!
  • Cabo de Hornos (1956) IMDb with no role. She is not credited and I didn't find her. There are only a couple of female roles in the film so I'm sure if she did appear she would have been found.
  • Dones d'aigua (1997 TV series) Ep.3: "La sequoia". IMDb with no role. It seemed unlikely, though not impossible, that Angela would turn up in a small role in a Catalan language TV episode 30 years after her previous role. There is an Angela Pla credited, however there are no women in the episode who look to be an appropriate age, so it presumably must belong to someone else.

Alta costura (1954) credited as "Angelita Pla", but not found.

I wasn't able to identify her among the many actresses in the film, but I think that is probably down to unfamiliarity rather than her not appearing.

Las de Caín (1959) credited, as Doña Elvira.

Angela has by far her largest role here, as the mother to the large family of the title.

Teresa de Jesús (1962) credited, but not identified.

Once again I was unable to identify her here. She is credited fairly low on a very long cast list where many are credited in very small roles, and the cast includes many women including a lot dressed as nuns, so I'm sure she's there somewhere and will hopefully be identified at a later date.
