All the identified actors in that scene at the beach are Italians (Caltabiano, Vari, Pedinotti), which would indicate that this scene was shot in Italy, so chances are this actor would be Italian too. The only scenes which seem to have been shot in Spain are the ones set inside the palace and the hunting trip.
