Not sure about Pennisi, it seems like it could be him, but hard to be sure as his face is in shadow. The head does seem a bit thin for Pennisi, so maybe best to put it as an uncertain ID.

The Ponti ID comes from another actor who appeared in the scene, so can presumably be relied upon. Facially it does seem like him to me, but he maybe looks different because of the wig.

I see six pics here - and who is supposed to be Ponti? (none of the people is appearing in all of the pics, as far as I can see)

As far as I understood, Massimo Vanni told the story in a book, and StuntmanMike is citing this and searched for pics to prove it.

But anyway, it's just my humble opinion.

As far as I understood, Massimo Vanni told the story in a book, and StuntmanMike is citing this and searched for pics to prove it.

But anyway, it's just my humble opinion.

The actor in green seen prominently in the first 2 pics appears in all the pics, there are only 2 guards in this scene and Ponti is supposed to be the one without moustache. Whether or not it is Ponti is debatable, it seems to me that it could be him, but if it is based on a precise first hand recollection of someone who was there then I would assume that it should be correct. See what Mike has to say since it is his topic and ID.

Indeed! And if you go on reading, you will see that all those that commented were of the opinion that it's actually not Carla. For me, it's not her AT ALL!
