No biographical details are currently known.
I would guess at her being aged at least in her 30's in her 1970's roles, so there could be a possibility of earlier, and indeed later, uncredited roles to be found. She tended to be cast in 'plain' roles such as maids and mothers. She is not the same person as the singer of the same name who had an 80's hit with 'Body Rock'.

- Un parado en movimiento (1985) IMDb. I did not find a copy of the film, however 'Maria Vidal' is credited on the poster with an image, and the woman in the image looks nothing like our Maria, so yet again I suspect it is someone else with the same name - the singer maybe?
