Meanwhile I noticed that number 08 is the same actor in this scene from "Play Motel" but he is uncredited in that movie as well.

I don't know, considering that Eugenio Parisi should be 5 years younger than in the film, personally I would lean towards no, in this case.

14 is Marco Leandris (he was an actor who also worked in the pornographic field with the nickname Mark Coniglies, note the growth on the right of his nose)

Number 45 is Efrem Appel. He also appears uncredited in Emanuelle - Perché violenza alla donne in the temple scene with Dirce Funari before having sex with Laura Gemser’s double (you cannot tell if he was doubled for the scene because you can still see Dirce in the background). He was also in Emanuelle in America as the driver who helps Emanuelle escape from the stud farm run by Diana Smith.

I believe he’s also uncredited in La via della prostituzione. I believe Appel did these films to make some money whilst he was studying at university before he went to eork got a large chemicals company.

Hmm... I don't think this is the same as the girl in the cake, but this blonde girl definitely appears in some of these other D'Amato/Mattei mondos. I know she was a magician's assistant in one of them (I think it was Notti porno nel mondo) and she plays a large-ish role in Mattei's Casa privata per le SS (1977).
