Yes, certainly, since he is credited and listed as appearing by Cineguida and the bearded image would date from around the same time.

Found a very poor copy of "Cartas de amor de una monja" (1978) in which Antonio Orengo is credited.A quick walk-through only showed the pic you see. Enough? don't know why there's 2 formats, it's the same source Source>: https://m.ok.ru/video/9847560604402
