Pinelli was an actor who starred in some movies that were made nearby Milan. He had a very peculiar face, and did both criminal and cop roles. We have found him in almost twenty films, including Luna di miele in tre, where he was credited but - it seems - he's not visible.

He seems to be uncredited even if his role is relevant; I first thought that he could be under the name Vincent Kelly, but this Kelly, also credited in Il viziaccio (1980) where Pinelli is not present, is actually Enzo Fisichella...
