Storyline

Fabio, an Italian policeman goes undercover to break up an international heroin smuggling ring. He buys a large quantity of drugs in Hong Kong and takes it to Rome, where he gets himself arrested on purpose at customs at the airport. He is taken to a prison where he comes in contact with Gillo, a drug addict. Fabio manages to escape with Gillo who introduces him to the drug dealers network. He will then be able to discover the identity of one of the most important leaders in drug distribution: Leroy. He cuts the heroin in an underground laboratory in Rome, thanks to the coverage of a pharmaceutical institute called "Chemical". Fabio will be discovered by Leroy's henchmen who try to eliminate him without success and then Leroy escapes with a small and recreational aircraft plane crashing into a bridge.
