Ivana Novak in La terrificante notte del Demonio (1971)

With a pretty face, big and expressive green eyes and her typical swollen hair, the gorgeous Ivana Gibilisco, alias Ivana Novak (like Kim Novak), began at the cinema in the Sixties with the comedies of Franco & Ciccio, passes through the costume drama, than went to horror flick, and ended up acting in the vein of the "poliziotteschi". She often played small but meaningful roles, in which her sensual presence always stood out.

Retired completely from the entertainment world in the late seventies, she had a daughter, Amanda. In the 2010s she worked in a boutique in Rome.^[1]

In Napoli violenta (1976) she plays the part of an undercover policewoman who punches the criminals (and takes a few slaps)

In La polizia è sconfitta (1977) she plays again the part of an undercover policewoman and has an exchange of slaps with Nello Pazzafini. This is probably her last known role.
