Erotikus: A History of the Gay Movie (1973) credited, as Himself.
You get 2 entries for the price of one with this one. Ed's "participation" in this theatrically released quasi-documentary comes from a short beefcake film shot in 1953. Erotikus is really just an excuse to string together a series of vintage hardcore gay pornography shorts. Ed's short film is quite different from the other snippets making up the film, he is not naked and performs no sexual acts, he just does beefcake poses in swim shorts. While these sort of films were probably the nearest you found to gay pornography in the 50's, there is certainly nothing explicitly gay about Ed's appearance, with his clip probably only included for the publicity value of having a celebrity name on the poster.
The short film included here is titled Day of Fury (1953) and Ed is credited (for a second time). It's highly probable that Ed would have made more of these shorts.

Desperate Women (1978 TV movie) credited. IMDb says his character is named Osterhaus, though I can't say I heard him get called by name.
