: Franco Doria in Simbad contro i sette saraceni (1964)

Franco Doria was a dwarf actor, active in Italian films from the early 1960's to the mid-1970's.

Like all the dwarf actors of Italian cinema, there are no biographical details known.

I have found a few undocumented roles for Franco, so it's likely there could be more.

Ray Master l'inafferrabile (1966) credited, but not found after multiple searches.

IMDb says he should play the role of "David", but, as far as I could find, there are no dwarf actors in the film.

Orlando furioso (1974 TV mini-series) Episode 1, credited, as Gradasso's dwarf.

As far as I could find, the only time he appears he is unidentifiable, running away from the camera - the white disc shape on the left is the top of his hat! Since he is credited with role and from his position in the "order of appearance" credits, we can be sure it's him, but otherwise it could be anyone.

Gamma (1975 TV mini-series) Franco is credited in episodes 1 and 2 as playing Mammolo.

Franco and several other dwarf actors are credited with role names, however in the show they only appear in masks and are never called by names, so it is impossible to know which dwarf actor is which, so for a second time in a row Franco appears, but is unidentifiable!
