If this identification is correct the referee in this movie obviously is not Angelo Giusto.

Yes, I had serious doubts, which is why I didn't post it. The nose is similar, but I still don't think it can be him, particularly since the colour image of Giusto dates from one year before this film. There was maybe some confusion from him having appeared in the previous film in the series.

I'm not convinced. Consider that Anche gli angeli mangiano fagioli was made in the previous year, and the difference in physical size seems truly remarkable. Paradoxically, in the 1973 movie he looks older than in the 1974.

Anyway, I know for sure that Angelo had a brother, Pasquale, who was also a wrestler. Could it be him and there was a mix-up with the IMDB credits?

I don't think it's the brother, he looks less like the referee.

It's the difference in weight and physique from 1973 to 1974 that gives me the most doubts too. If it's the same person then he must have lost a lot of weight to get back in shape (and got a good haircut) in the year between the 2 films and he does seem older in the 1973 role as Matteo says. I don't completely rule out that it could be him, but, pending further evidence, I remain doubtful.
