Alberto Cevenini

Post by PeplumParadise » 27/09/2019, 16:35

Alberto Cevenini in Taur, re della forza bruta (1963)
cevenini8.jpg

Alberto Cevenini was a c.s.c. actor born in 1941 (date unknown) in Rome, Italy, the nephew of opera singer Elisabetta Barbato. He died on August 16th 1975.

Cevenini worked steadily through the 60's, but seems to have vanished from the screen following an uncredited appearance in Barbarella in 1968. He also appeared in theatre productions and fotoromanzi. IMDb also has him appearing in 2 productions from 2011, highly improbable if his date of death is correct. Some of the biographical data comes thanks to the Westerns All'Italiana blog page.

MORE OF ALBERTO!

There are still a few titles to be found where Alberto may appear, be credited, or both, or neither. If you have images of him (or his credit) from any of the titles below, you know what to do.

Giacomino e la suocera (1959) as Luigino. TV broadcast of theatrical production.
Marilù (1963) as Antonio Centanari. TV production
Il delitto di Anna Sandoval (1964)
Agente X77 ordine di uccidere (1965)
Racconti a due piazze (1965)
S.077 spionaggio a Tangeri (1965) as Thief
La notte dell'addio (1966)
Atelier Fontana - Le sorelle della moda (2011) TV movie
Matrimonio a Parigi (2011)

ALBERTO IS MISSING!

There are also a couple of titles where Alberto is credited online somewhere, but in which I have not been able to find him.

Agente S3S operazione uranio (1965) Listed by various sources with no role given, I could not see him in the film and he does not appear in the credits.

Surcouf, l'eroe dei sette mari (1966) Most online sources credit him as playing the same role here as he plays in the sequel, Il grande colpo di Surcouf, however he does not appear in this film nor does he appear in the German credits. There is always the possibility that he may appear in the Italian credits.

Delitto allo specchio (1964) as Lulu. He was not credited in the English version of this I saw (it only named the first 2 actors), but I am certain he must appear in the Italian credits since he has a fairly large role among an ensemble cast.
