Louise Lambert was a voice dubbing actress based in Rome, lending her voice to the English-language versions of countless Italian films from the 1960s, 70s and 80s. She's mentioned briefly in an interview with English dubbing expert Ted Rusoff in Video Watchdog #159, where he states that Louise specialized in dubbing older ladies.

Like a lot of her dubbing colleagues, Louise Lambert also made various small acting appearances in front of the camera - usually uncredited.

Unfortunately, very little is known about Louise's job as a dubbing actress for the English versions of Italian films, which was her primary occupation. Because the aim was always to not make audiences aware that a film was dubbed, the voice actors were never credited.

One notable exception is Alberto Cavallone's Afrika (1973), which does include a cast list for the English voice cast, and it shows that Louise dubbed the role of Jeanne, played by Maria Pia Luzi. Unfortunately, the film itself is not available in this English-dubbed variant anywhere

Louise was also credited as part of the English voice cast in the animated film Il racconto della giungla (1974), released in English as Robinson Crusoe
