Agustín Bescós was a background actor, active in Spanish films and television from the start of the 1960's until the mid-1990's.

No biographical details are currently known. It appears his second surname (normal in Spain) may have been Fernández, but I am uncertain of where this information originates as it was posted by an anonymous contributor on his profile on Enciclopedia del Cine Español.

Agustín seemingly appeared out of nowhere in 1960, already obviously at a fairly mature age, and immediately became one of the busiest background actors in Spanish films. He was very prolific throughout the 60's and 70's (only Antonio Orengo, who frequently appeared alongside Bescós and who had a similar career trajectory, comes close), his work pace slowing somewhat in the 80's, but he still continued appearing fairly regularly up until his last-known role in 1995. His very distinctive look of thin face with brushed-back white hair in a widows peak makes him instantly identifiable and barely changed throughout his 35-year career.

Even with over 300 roles identified, we still continue to regularly find new roles for Agustín.

La chica del trébol (1963) EdCE. I'm pretty sure he appears as a spectator at the fashion show, standing on the left side, but it would take an HD print to be certain.
La muerte silba un blues (1964) He appears as a nightclub customer, but it would need an HD print to get an image where he is identifiable
La tonta del bote (1970) EdCE. A contributor has written that he appears as both a restaurant customer and a wedding guest. I checked the film and he does appear in both scenes, but once again it would need an HD print to get images where he is recognisable.
Las siete vidas del gato (1971) He appears as a wedding guest stood near the door with Pablo Blanco, but it would need an HD print to get an image where he is identifiable
Los pintores del Prado (1974 TV series) Ep. "Velázquez. La nobleza de la pintura". This episode is on RTVE, but I was unable to download it. Agustin appears (in a wig) and is credited.

It is possible that he is Agustín Bescos. Does anyone have any films with Bescos, so we can find out if it is him or not?

In "Uno, dos, tres... dispara otra vez" i coudn't find him in the german VHS-version, but like all german VHS this film is cut for sure. But this film has italian credits and there he isn't credited! - TRS

Yes, but it's not unusual that the Italian credits omit the Spanish supporting actors and vice versa - just look at Estratto dagli archivi segreti della polizia di una capitale europea (1972) for example, where the Italian and Spanish credits are very different. In any case, the hunt for this actor's name goes on!

Here are the screenshots of Tequila! (1974) (top) and Doppia coppia con Regina (1972) (below), both featuring our Spanish whitehaired friend, which makes it quite likely that he is indeed Agustín Bescos, as Johan had already pointed out.

We can confirm that he is Augustin Bescos.
Infact today i saw the spanish movie Todos es mentira (1994) in which he is credited as OLD MAN. I saw the movie and i can say for sure that the man in the link is our generico:
The first two scenes are not very clear,but to me the third scene leaves every doubt,he is Bescos (i also used the zoom on his face).

It's a little hard to see but it seems to be him. And also the fact that he is credited in several of the others films we found him in. So I think we can say for sure that this really is Agustín Bescos!
