I have finally identify this man !

He do have a very nice speaking role in the sceneggiato FBI - Francesco Bertolazzi investiagore, episode "Rapina a mano armata" (1970)

This is the first time i saw him withouth glasses, but his nose and his chin makes no doubt he is our skeleton man !

So let me introduced you mr ALFREDO CAPITANI !!!

And Alfredo is also in Fellini's Roma (1972) as a servant in the vestments show scene, here in a photo from the film printed in the book "Fellini's Faces"

The same shot is not visible in the actual film, but there is a shot of him together with the other servants

Looks like in early 70s he wasn't quite as skeletal, Could this be him in A pugni nudi? in the boxing audience

You are right he is in the movie (i just found him too !) but not in this scene he is at minute 31 on the left.

Yes, I think they used basically the same audience for all the fights, just moved them around a little

I don't know this actor very well but this ought to be him as the street vendor at the start of Girolimoni, il mostro di Roma (1972)

Even if we don't see his open mouth i agree this is Alfredo.
