Storyline
Leaving behind many disappointed women in Italy, Marco Polo embarks upon travels through Asia and the far east. While travelling he saves the life of a woman who, unbeknownst to him, is Princess Amuray, daughter of the Grand Khan of China. In China he saves the empire from the plots of disloyal prime minister Mongka, while still finding time to teach Amuray the western ways of love.

This is Tonino Cianci. I don't see any obvious matches, but since he's credited with c.s.c. then it's quite possible his could be a "credit only"
