Director
Henry Levin (credited as director in English credits / credited as "a film by" in French and Italian versions)
Mario Bava (credited as director in French and Italian versions / uncredited in English credits)
According to camera operator Marcello Gatti, Levin directed 80% of the film, while Bava was in charge of second-unit direction, special effects and post production. (source: Wikipedia)

Storyline
Aladdin's mother buys him a gift of a lamp, which he accidentally discovers contains a genie who will grant him 3 wishes. He sets out to travel to Basorah, where the wedding between Princess Zaina and Prince Moluk is scheduled to take place. Moluk is also travelling to Basorah, with Aladdin's some-time girlfriend Djalma in his caravan, but is kidnapped along the way by the evil Grand Vizier, who wants Zaina for himself. With the aid of the genie and other friends he picks up along the way, Aladdin saves the day.

Notes
The film was produced in tandem with Il ladro di Bagdad, with which it shares many sets and costumes.

Unidentified actors
Most of the exterior scenes for this film were shot in Tunisia, so it is probable that the actors in these scenes will be Tunisian.

Interesting, but yes, I think you're right. I know Leone very well but had never considered him in this role before, probably due to him being made up to look much older. I can see it quite obviously in the first pic, though in the second pic he bears some resemblance to Giulio Donnini (but it's not him).

And I think he had a double role (n. 33 on the left)

The actor on the right, laughing on # 52 is quite famous but I can't remember in which movies I have seen him in. He usually wears a mustache.
