This film was shot entirely in Egypt and most of the supporting roles are taken by Egyptian actors. The chances are that some of the larger roles are played by well known Egyptian actors, but it would take someone familiar with Egyptian films to identify them.

Party guest - If credited c.s.c. actress Gloria Parri does appear then this is the only role that could possibly be her - it is the only actress who looks like she may be Italian and she does speak a few lines, though it is a totally inconsequential part.

Guard holding Randus - This is obviously another white man painted black like Cianfriglia on the left.

With the other 2 significant roles of Egyptian actors now identified, this should presumably be the unidentified credited actor Hassan Ahmed, but this needs to be confirmed.
