Julie Gibson - IMDb. The only unidentified women in the film are cafe customers or bus passengers, none seen too clearly, so if she appears she must presumably be one of those.
Gianni Latini - Cineguida
Alex Pochet - IMDb as Hotel manager. I have no idea who this role refers to. As far as I could find the only member of any hotel staff you see is the porter in image 8.
Peter Sellers - IMDb as the voice of Billy Dannreuther. Sellers reportedly dubbed some of Humphrey Bogart's dialogue after he was involved in a car accident while filming. Sellers does not appear.
Manuel Serrano - IMDb as Ahmed. This is the role played by Giulio Donnini, so is presumably a misidentification - borne out by the only images of Serrano on his IMDb page actually being images of Donnini from this film.

Gianni Latini could maybe be the arab collecting passports in 26, who is maybe the same arab as the one in 23
