Giuliano Dell'Ovo was an actor and stuntman active in Italian films from the late 50's through until the early 70's. The only biographical detail known about him is that he died in 1998.
He had 2 distinctly different looks which he alternated, basically shaven-headed and with hair, which has been the cause of some difficulty in identifying him. For a long time he was confused with both Spartaco Nale, with whom his shaven-headed look bears a close resemblance and with c.s.c. actor Romano Giomini, a confusion seemingly caused by them both being unknown and credited in the Ten Gladiator movies.

- La rivolta dei sette (1964) IMDb as Gladiator. We previously had Giuliano identified in this role, which is probably where this ID was copied from, but with the appearance of the film in better quality it became obvious it was not him. Another cautionary tale for those who think it is a good idea just to steal our ID's!
