Considering the surname and the very similar appearence, there is a probability that he's a relative (maybe brother) of the producer Pietro Innocenzi.

Confirmed in this obituary. Augusto, 85 at the time of death, was the 9 years-older brother of Pietro.
Some doubts about the exact date of his departure: the article is dated april 2020, but inside is reported january 2016 (probably the correct one).
Augusto Innocenzi should also appear in The Barefoot Contessa (1954) and in a film by Vincente Minelli alongside the director's daughter Liza.
