No biographical details are known, however I think it is safe to say that she had a brother, Fernando, and a sister, Lidia, who were also child actors in the 50's, both of whom were credited alongside Pilarín in several films. Pilarín, however, had the biggest career, appearing in double the amount of films of either of her siblings. IMDb has her listed as "Pilar", but her credits as Pilarín are in the majority.
It would seem that she retired around the time she would have entered her teens and never made any films as an adult.
