Nino Marchetti in this 40-seconds-clip from ´Il prigioniero del re` (1954)?

From Col ferro e col fuoco (1962), he's credited with the otherwise unknown name "Bruno Nessi", but this seems a lot like Burt Nelson in my opinion. Maybe a rare instance of an American actor being given an Italian-sounding pseudonym instead of the other way round? The initials match at least!

Any opinions?

Found a better copy of "Parola di ladro" (1957), you didn't find her, but could this be Marisa Traversi as woman in the café with black hair ?
I think she has a small nose.

I think it could be, but her look varied a lot in her earlier films, so I'm not certain. Maybe if anyone else knows her well they can say for sure.

Could this man be Arnaldo Dell'Acqua in Il secondo tragico Fantozzi?

Yes it could be him, seeing his facial movements, but wait for another opinion.

It does seem like it could be him apart from that weird thing with his mouth which you don't see in any other films, but I suppose that could be rather-painful-looking make-up

That thing on his upper lip is obviously fake. I also add that this guy performs a stunt in his only sequence, so he was a stuntman for sure.
