Umberto Felici in "Saul e David" (1964)

Formerly the unidentified "Owl Man", active from at least the late-fifties to mid-sixties. He has very distinctive prominent bags below his eyes (which give him an owl-like look, hence his former nick-name) and also seems to usually have a brushed-out beard, so he should be easy to identify.

A joint effort of identification, deduction and confirmation by Ciavazzaro and PeplumParadise led to his fairly quick identification.
