Georges Guéret was a generico and stuntman active mostly in French films from at least the late 1950’s until the mid-1980’s. He was also a mainstay of French erotic cinema from the start of the 70’s.

Georges was born on April 1st 1925 in Paris, France and died on May 21st 2018 in Chevilly-Larue, aged 93 (these details are confirmed by French government records).

Before becoming an actor he was a professional wrestler as “Geo Gueret”, with his first known film appearances coming in 1955. He worked throughout the 60’s in bit parts, usually involving some degree of stunt work.

From the start of the 70’s, while continuing to work as a generico in mainstream fare, he also began what was effectively a second career as a rather unlikely featured small-part player in French erotic films, a genre in which he also has some credits as a writer, producer and, on one film, director. It should be noted that, while these films he appeared in almost always contained hardcore sex footage or inserts, Georges did not participate in any hardcore action beyond some enthusiastic nipple sucking (or at least not in any of the films I’ve so far managed to find).

He usually had some form of facial hair, and from the mid-70’s he maintained an impressive bushy white moustache. It is highly likely that there could be more roles to be found in French films from the 50’s and 60’s.

Georges earliest known film roles come from 1957, though so far I've only managed to find one of three. Georges is identified on a publicity still.
