• Rafael García - as Patch. He has 4 credits on IMDb, the only other listed with a role has him playing "Cowboy" in a western, so again not much help.

Note - I watched both the English and Spanish versions and did not hear any characters called by the names Morgan, Joyce or Patch (or, for that matter, O'Brien). Victor Israel's character has a strong Welsh accent in the English version, so, Morgan being a typical Welsh name, I assume he has the correct "Morgan" credit, while Soler's is presumably a mistake.

The opening scenes (images 1-5), both in and outside the tavern, were filmed in Italy, so the background actors present should be Italian. The rest of the film was shot in Spain, so the actors in these scenes should, presumably, be Spanish.

I have Jaime Doria identified in a handful of roles based on IMDb identifications, though I can't say I'm sure they're all the same person.

I have 2 possible options I think could be him, I would say he's the top one

Also are you familiar at all with stuntman Juan Manuel Torres Gómez? IMDb lists him as appearing in a number of early 70's westerns, but none with roles. Since he appears to be still alive and working then he must have been pretty young in 1972. Based on images online I wondered if he might be the Albaicin-lookalike in the centre of image 21, though he seems a bit old for someone who is still around.

I'm not familiar with Gómez, he's one who someone thinks they know, I suppose, just like Juan Antonio Rubio...

If you get a chance maybe you can see if any of the unidentified pirates in the Treasure Island topic (which could include pretty much anyone from image 7 onwards, but most likely those from 19 onwards) match with any of the unidentifieds in the 3 westerns.

I worked on this back in 2018 and gave up on Diaz. I still do not see an actor who could be him, maybe the later years are throwing me. In I crudeli (1967) there is an actor that has a close-up and could be credited. Just keep in mind that 2 Spanish credits do not appear so Diaz (although he's in the Spanish credits only) may not appear either.

Looking at my old head shots from the film I spotted this one on the left, only seen clearly for a moment and otherwise always in the background not seen clearly, who I somehow seem to have missed in the numbered images. I see similarities with the guy from I crudeli, allowing for him being 5 years older, though I wouldn't say for sure they are the same person. What do you think?

That's much closer but like you I couldn't say for certain either way.

Jaime Doria: the first guy looks promising (tho the 2nd pic on your montage looks like a different guy). I don't think the second choice matches.

Rafael García: I did some research earlier this year. He is credited in Chino, despite IMDb. I couldn't find Lorys or Bidon so Garcia might not appear. I didn't find anyone that looked it matched anyone below in Fábulas or in Treasure Island.

In the TV episode he is credited, there's not many actors. Here are my pics. I was thinking the younger guys are the best possibility.
