Storyline

Carpathians. The fascinating Serge Chekov reaches the small town following the death of Count Kauth Minajli, as a hereditary nephew. Badly received by the population, he is greeted by the corpse of a hanged woman. The police investigations are directed towards a necrophilic gravedigger, but the truth is quite different and hides behind the experiments aimed at bringing the corpses back to life.
