Donatella Marrosu actually is present in the italian credits and is replaced by Turia Nelson in the spanish ones

I agree that is not the same woman in the top and lower images, probably her role on IMDb is wrong and she appears somewhere else in the film.

In the top images is Donatella Marrosu in Saeta rubia (1956) where she plays a leading role so the ID is certain.

In the lower images is the actress credited as Turia Nelson in Tres hombres buenos (1963). According to IMDb this is a pseudonym for Marrosu, but according to SWDb, which is usually more reliable, it is a pseudonym for Donatella Turri.

She may possibly be Marruso, based on the images from Saeta rubia, but I am not at all certain. The actress in Tres hombres buenos seems completely different.

Any opinions welcomed

This is Donatella Marrosu in the movie "Siamo donne" (1953)

Here an image of Donatella Marrosu posted by researcher Simone Rossi in the Facebook group "Comparse, generici, attori caratteristi e volti meno noti del nostro cinema"

In my opinion, she could be the nurse in image n. 69

Thank you, so it seems that in 2 of the 5 films where IMDb lists her in specific roles, the roles they list are incorrect (with at least 2 of the others being impossible to find).

Así que presumiblemente esta es ella

So presumably this is her

This is a ridiculous statement. Donatella Marrosu is hardly a well known name who the Spanish public, or anyone else for that matter, would be very familiar with.

So, assuming she appears at all - there is no guarantee since she is not credited - then she must presumably appear in a scene that was shot in Italy, as none of the actresses in images from scenes shot in Spain (1-18) seem anything like her. She did make another film in Italy the same year, so that is quite possible. Of the 2 possible identifications I would say the nurse from image 69 seems like the better match.

More opinions are needed before the role can be confirmed.

Could 79 be Giovanna Scotto?

I agree with identification of Manno De Guidi as 21 (confrontation with an image from Manno De Guidi's topic)

I also agree with idenfication of Gianni Partanna as 60-61 (confrontation with two images of Gianni Partanna from "Un giorno in pretura" - 1954)

It seems possible, but I'm not certain. Her lower lip in particular seems fuller in the other images, though whether this is because of lipstick or her sucking it in in the top pic is hard to say. Let's see what others think.
