: "Papá Noel" in Candidato per un assassinio (1969)

"Papá Noel" is a grey/white-bearded unidentified background actor, active in Spanish films at least in the latter half of the 1960's.

He has a very thick moustache and Santa Claus-like beard (hence his nickname). It now appears that the Santa Claus look was a phase he went through from approximately 1964-70 and before and after that he appeared clean shaven or with moustache.
