Julio Infiesta in Der Teppich des Grauens (1962)

Julio Infiesta was a small-part actor, active in Spanish films at least from the early 1940's until the late 1960's.

Enciclopedia del Cine Español informs us (on his mother's profile) that he was born in 1906, the son of actors Félix Infiesta Marcos and Ana de Siria.

IMDb and EdCE both list one impossible-to-find title from 1935. Other than that his confirmed film career commences in 1943. From then he worked steadily, but hardly prolifically, for the next 25 years, always in small roles.

I have found an undocumented role and his filmography is rather sparse in places (particularly the 1950's), so it seems likely that there could be further roles to be discovered.
