Amelia Merino was a background actress, active in Spanish films at least from the mid-1960's (and possibly much earlier) to mid-1970's.

I got very lucky finding her in an episode of the series Visto para sentencia where there were only 3 female speaking roles and the other 2 actresses were known, so despite her role being very small I don't think there can be any doubt that it's her. I confirmed her identification from another small credited speaking role in Polvo eres… IMDb lists 2 further credits in impossible-to-find 60's TV series and that seems to be it as far as her credits go. Her former nickname comes from the blue-purple colour of her hair, which seems to have been a permanent thing and which was usually styled quite elaborately.

• Castillo de naipes (1943). IMDb lists this one title on a separate profile with the same name. Since Amelia appears to be aged at least in her 40's in the 1960's then it could quite possibly be her when she was in her 20's, but the title is currently impossible to find.
