Director
Viktor Tourjansky
(direction is credited to "Arnaldo Genoino", which is presumed to be a pseudonym for Tourjansky. It is Tourjansky who is credited as director on all posters and other publicity)
Storyline
In 31 B.C. Herod chooses to support the losing side in the battle between Octavian and Mark Antony for control of the Roman world. He is also hated by his people for his cruelties. Furthermore, the court offers no security as Alexandra, his mother-in-law, leads a faction that distrusts Herod for not being a true son of Judaea. His only hopes rest in his loyal commander of his guard Aaron and his loving wife Miriam. Returning to Judaea as the puppet of Octavian, the plots against him drive rapidly him to insanity.

Looking at the few images online credited as being the unidentified Adolfo Geri, this actor seemed like the most likely fit. It's a non-speaking role, but then so are the credited roles of Nino Marchetti and Jean Mollier which are of equal size. The roles of Nabutzar or Efrem would seem more likely roles to be credited, but I can't see that either of those actors bear a resemblance to Geri.

And this should the so-called "Al Capone"

Can't help much, only the guy in 14 seems to look like Sergio Ukmar, to me. Btw, Arnoldo Genoino is a person of his own, if I'm not totally wrong.
